Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. This warranty is limited to the first purchaser of the product exclusively.

2. This warranty is valid solely for the personal use of the product by the purchaser, and it will be rendered void if the product is utilized for any commercial purposes.

3. Repairs or replacements will be conducted through the Company’s Own / Authorized Service Centre (Refer to: www.DUSASHA.com Support Service Centre).

4. For units installed outside the municipal boundaries of the jurisdiction of the Company’s Own / Authorized Service Centre, all costs incurred in retrieving the unit or its parts from the Company’s Own / Authorized Service Centre, as well as expenses related to the travel, conveyance, and other incidentals for service personnel/technicians, will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. In the case of repairs or replacements of any parts of the unit, this warranty will continue to be in effect only for the remaining duration of the warranty period. Furthermore, the time taken for repair or replacement and transit, whether under warranty or otherwise, shall not be excluded from the warranty period.

6. The company or its authorized Service Centre reserves the right to retain any parts or components replaced at its discretion if a defect is observed in the equipment during the warranty period.

7. (A). Any change of address must be communicated to the relevant Service Centre to ensure the continuation of the warranty.

• 7b. The warranty for the unexpired period shall remain valid after the product is inspected by the relevant Service Centre and confirmed to be free from transit damage. The customer will be required to pay a visiting charge for the inspection, as applicable.

• In the event of any damage, the product will be repaired by the relevant Service Centre at a charge, and the warranty for the unexpired period will continue.

8. The company’s obligations under this warranty are limited to the repair or replacement of parts only. Any maximum claims entertained by the company will be subject to the maximum limits.


Warranty is not applicable under the following conditions:

1. If any part of the product is found to be damaged or cracked, whether inside or outside, the warranty will not be honored.

2. The product is utilized for commercial purposes rather than personal use.

3. The completed warranty card or a copy of the invoice is not presented to authorized personnel at the time of repair.

4. The product is not acquired from an Authorized DUSASHA Sales Channel.

5. The product is not used in accordance with the instructions provided in the instruction or user manual.

6. Defects resulting from improper use as determined by company personnel.

7. Any modification or alteration made to the electrical circuitry or physical construction of the product.


8. Installation or repair work performed by individuals or agencies not authorized by the company.

9. Site conditions where the product is located do not conform to the recommended operating conditions of the machine.

10. The original serial number has been removed, obliterated, or altered from the machine or cabinet.

11. Defects caused by factors beyond control, such as lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God, or while in transit to the Service Centre or the purchaser’s residence.

Note: The aforementioned policies pertain to warranty service, and the customer will bear any costs associated with non-warranty conditions. DUSASHA reserves the right to make final determinations regarding problem identification and the appropriate service option, which may change without prior notice.

General Terms and Conditions for Extended Warranty or Offers:

1. The Warranty is effective from the date of purchase and applies only to limited or selected models of products sold in India.

2. To obtain the warranty, the Customer must register the product details by calling the Call Center at 6382990027 or by visiting WWW.DUSASHA.COM.

3. This warranty is valid only with an Invoice that includes a valid Dealer or Retailer, along with complete Product details and the Serial Number.

4. The Customer is required to present a copy of the Invoice to a DUSASHA representative each time a defective product is brought to the Service Centre for repair or if an Engineer visits for repair during the Warranty period.

5. The original warranty or extended warranty is non-transferable and will not be honored in the event of resale.

6. Any change of address must be communicated by the customer in advance to prevent any inconvenience or delays.

7. The Company will strive to provide preferential treatment for emergency breakdowns of the product; however, it will not be liable for any losses or damages beyond this.

8. The Warranty does not cover any defects or damages that occur directly or indirectly due to the accessories of the Product models.

9. All transportation and handling charges (if any) incurred during repairs will be the responsibility of the Customer.

10. The warranty is valid only for residential use of the Product purchased during the Offer Term. The warranty will become void in the following situations:

 Commercial, community, or public usage

 Unauthorized re-installation, alteration, or modification of the Product.

 Damage resulting from accidents, theft, riots, natural disasters, etc.

 Accidental or internal damage due to inadequate electrical power or fluctuating electrical conditions, including voltage fluctuations, short circuits, or grounding issues.

 Damage to the Product incurred while relocating the equipment or re-installing it after movement by unauthorized dealers, distributors, workers, or individuals, etc.
